We have a double adaptor going from the cold water supply to the dishwasher and washing machine all the connections are tight and secure. The dishwasher is fine but the washing machine has no water going into it. How can we get them both to work?Have just got new washing machine and dishwasher but the washing machine has no water supply ?
Just try and connect the washing machine seperately first and see if it works that way as you may need to have them connected individually.

Make certain that the cold water inlet is the one going to the cold water tap. Is the timer or start switch set correctly? has the water level switch been set or reset? What type of washer is it any way? is it a top or front loader.
You need to contact a plumber to find and solve the problem.
